If you wish to copy and paste use this: 3RN-30NAR-ARN-ARNA0 4) Send your movie to your desktop. 5) Change the Output Profile to iPod 6) Then change the File name to something readable to you. 7) Click Edit, Preferences, Advanced, and check "Copy files to iTunes Music folder when adding to library" 8) Drag the movie into iTunes. It will then copy the files and you will have your movie to sync to your iPod or whatever you wish to do with it.
