i have most of my music on itunes and idkhow to put them on my zune. Since i-stuff runs on apple and zune on microsoft, i need to convert my music some how. can anybody help me, what do i need to download, please include hyperlinks if u can. ty very much.... read more

I restarted my iPod when it froze and it turned back on to the navy screen with the apple in the center. It's been like that for a while now, I even hooked it up to iTunes but my computer won't recognize it and it stays at the same screen. Help??... read more
